30 Day Guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will issue a full refund. No forms, no complicated process, no runaround.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or stops working, simply send us a photo of the issue within 30 days and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You do not need to return the item.

Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
What We Don't Cover
We are unable to cover returns for items damaged due to misuse or items returned after the 30 day window. If you're unsure whether your situation is covered, reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help.
