Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Every Order
Every Leafveil order ships free, no minimum, no exceptions. No surprises at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 6 to 11 business days after processing. During busy periods such as holidays it may take up to 18 days. We appreciate your patience and promise it is worth the wait.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.
Something Went Wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of shipping, contact us at leafveilshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately and make it right.
A note on shipping times
We ship every Leafveil order from our fulfillment partner with care. While we cannot control delays once an order is in transit, we monitor every shipment and will always do right by you if something goes wrong.
